Bargain Thursday

Hello all! I've had a couple of bargains this week that I thought I'd share with you all!

Firstly at the moment until tomorrow ELF cosmetics have 30% off (the code is on the website at the top) and this means you can get cheap make-up for even cheaper.. I have ordered off them previously and got a few things and I'm quite impressed for the price! Couldn't resist ordering a few things..

ACTA London Protest

I went to the ACTA protest in London on the 11th. For those who don't know ACTA its quite an important threat to our freedom on the internet, which will definitely affect everyone, including us bloggers. Originally conspired without public knowledge its aims are to enforce copyright but in extreme ways which will result in internet censorship and violation of our privacy. Its quite important, and to everyone who thinks it wont effect them should think again - because it will.

I am the worlds most unorganised person and so I'm going to share some others images (ironically will be illegal under ACTA) and show the fun that went on.

All the photos below are from TechFleece which includes more information on the event and the inspiring speech from a main speaker.

Lust List

I thought I'd start up a wishlist, so I can keep track of things I see & want and in case anyone fancies buying me a present ;)

Tie dye shirt, £29.99, Zara
Generally tie dye makes me think of 90's clothing that's been home bleached, but this is suuuper nice.

Blouse with knot collar, £29.99, Zara

Product Review: The Body Shop Nutriganics Drops of Youth *

Hello! The weather has been so cold lately I've taken being a hermit so I'm using the time at home to write some blog posts. I recieved this gift from work for working my ass off, and its a product we're all quite excited about and its caused a lot of hype because its meant to be AMAZING.

Drops of Youth is a serum that focuses on the first signs of anti-ageing and making them disappear. As you may or may not know, stem cells have a bit of a reputation for medical reasons and preventing ageing, and this contains plant stem cells so its totally ethical (not that you would expect any less from the body shop.)

It retails at £22 a bottle, which is quite pricey, but a little goes a long way. Also I couldn't find it on the UK website (maybe its not out here yet) but its on the US website and I know we have it for sale already in my shop.
